Music will be the fil rouge (or, rather, noir) leading the crowds to discover and rediscover the forgotten landscapes of daily life, dancing at the rhythm of “black” music, rock, jazz in Unesco’s World Day of the genre, blues, reggae, rap and all the other kinds of expressions of Afro-American origin. A night that might start with the Traversata di Firenze, a 6.5 km walk cutting the city from East to West, to get in touch with an unknown Florence in about 80 minutes, encountering street artists (OpenArt/Confesercenti), music and performances, starting from piazza Gui and reaching piazza Ferrucci, following the route highlighted on the map distributed throughout the city by the Notte Bianca Staff thanks to the moving info-points equipped with special bicycles and that one might download on the site www.nottebiancafirenze.it
