The Leonardo Museum is one of the most extensive and original collections dedicated to Leonardo as a technologist, engineer, and scientist. The museum’s historical models, guardians of many stories, together with videos, projections, and digital animations, offer multiple opportunities to learn about the figure of Leonardo. The museum itinerary is divided into multiple locations within the village of Vinci and its immediate surroundings: the Palazzina Uzielli and the Castle of the Counts. The tour continues with the section “Leonardo and Painting” in the exhibition spaces of Via Roma, where all of Leonardo’s masterpieces are admired, reproduced in life-size and high-definition. Finally, the Birthplace in Anchiano is the symbolic place of the Genius’s origins.
