On February 14, the special Valentine’s Day event for couples returns to the Tower of Palazzo Vecchio
Once again this year, one of the most popular events among Florentine lovers is back: a toast on the Tower of Palazzo Vecchio. On February 14, to celebrate Valentine’s Day, the festival of lovers, the Musei Civici Fiorentini and Fondazione MUS.E present a special evening dedicated to those who love each other.
All couples, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm (advance booking required, limited availability), will have the unmissable opportunity to visit the battlements and the Tower of Palazzo Vecchio, reaching the top by climbing the stone staircase of 223 steps that leads to the highest lookout level, offering a stunning 360° view over the city. Along the battlements, accompanied by live music performed by saxophonists Simone Brusoni and Leonardo Cioni of La Filharmonie – Florence Philharmonic Orchestra, a truly special toast will be offered thanks to Bistrot 74, while enjoying a romantic view of Florence.
