Civic Museums of Florence: opening hours and guided visits during the summer

After the delicate reopening phase, the public is once again welcomed into the Florentine places of culture: Palazzo Vecchio, Museo Novecento, Museo Bardini, Brancacci Chapel, Forte Belvedere and the complex of Santa Maria Novella, in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior- Fondo Edifici di Culto and the Opera di Santa Maria Novella.

All Civic Museums may be visited in compliance with anti-Covid safety measures.

It is recommended that everyone book online at the official website of the ticket office  bigliettimusei.comune.fi.it  or by calling 055 2768224,  info@muse.comune.fi.it . Santa Maria Novella can also be accessed directly from the ticket offices in Piazza Santa Maria Novella and Piazza della Stazione.
Admission to Forte Belvedere is free and reservations are not required;
For guided tours, the same facilities as those for the other museums are up and running, and booking is mandatory through the address  info@muse.comune.fi.it  or at the number 055-2768224.
Thanks to the collaboration with Unicoop Firenze, holders of the ‘membership card’ can make use of the 2 × 1 Offer, where participation is free for each member’s own guest, except for the Santa Maria Novella complex.

All visits have a duration of 50 minutes, must be booked and may be used by small groups, in order to encourage a safe – and definitely enjoyable – visit to the museum rooms.
